Everyone’s favorite sweet snack mix is the base for a less-mess treat perfect for on-the-go snacking.
Ingredient
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 bag (9 oz) Chex Mix™ Muddy Buddies™ peanut butter chocolate snack mix
- 1/3 cup rainbow candy sprinkles, plus more for garnish, if desired
Instructions
- Step 1Line 9 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray cups with cooking spray.
- Step 2In large microwavable bowl, microwave 3 cups miniature marshmallows and 2 tablespoons butter on High 1 minute. Stir; microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until butter is completely melted.
- Step 3Pour 1 bag (10.5 oz) Chex Mix™ Muddy Buddies™ peanut butter chocolate (about 3 cups) and 1/3 cup rainbow candy sprinkles into marshmallow mixture; stir to combine.
- Step 4Place about 1/4 cup mixture into each muffin cup; press mixture to compact. Garnish with more candy sprinkles. Cool before serving.
